The digital guestbook
you can listen to.

Guests open the QR code, tap “Record” and speak for up to 60 seconds, with a photo and text if they like. All entries are collected for you. After the celebration I hand them over for download, from the Party package on as a digital guestbook (ZIP with offline page and PDF), and with the Ultimate package also on a USB stick. The first time, the phone needs permission to use the microphone.

No. The QR code opens a web page directly in the phone browser. Enter a name, record or choose pictures, submit.

Only people with your link or QR code. The data sits on my own server in Germany, not with a US provider.

3 months with Snap, 6 months with Party, 12 months with Ultimate. After that you can extend it for 19,99 € per year or have a USB stick sent to you beforehand.

Yes, the service can be booked on its own, for example for events where another DJ plays. If you book me as a DJ, I will send you a personal link and you save 10 %.

On request I can remove individual pictures and recordings. You stay in control of your memories.

Right away: after your enquiry you enter your welcome text, then I set up the guestbook automatically and you receive the invoice, QR code and print templates by email.

You do not have to pay right away. After your enquiry I set up the guestbook and you can use and try it free of charge until the day before the event. The invoice is payable by that day. By paying you accept my offer and the contract comes into effect. If no payment has been received by the day of the event, the QR code will no longer work on that day. Until then you can cancel at any time free of charge using the link in the email.

A digital guestbook replaces the book on the table with a QR code. Guests scan it with their phone and leave wishes as a voice message, text or photo, with no app and no sign-up. You receive all entries in one place and can listen to them, view them and download them later.

You hear your guests’ real voices instead of just reading lines. It needs no equipment on site and no space on the table, only a printed QR code. All photos and recordings live in a private gallery that you keep as a download or on a USB stick.

A classic telephone guestbook is usually a rental device that has to be delivered, set up and looked after, and it takes up space on the table. The Voice Snap Guestbook by DJ Toady needs no rental device and no app: guests scan a QR code with their own phone and speak for up to 60 seconds. It also collects the guests’ photos and videos. It can be booked anywhere in Germany, the data sits on a server in Germany, and the Voice Snap Guestbook starts at €99 (Party package). A telephone guestbook mainly makes sense if you want a retro device as decoration on the table.

The DJ Toady Voice Snap Guestbook costs €99 in the Party package (voice messages up to 60 seconds, unlimited photos and videos, 4 designs plus seasonal specials, print templates, ZIP download). The Ultimate package costs €169 and adds all 8 designs, 12 months of runtime and a USB stick backup. The photo-only package without the voice guestbook costs €49. All prices are one-off per event, VAT included, no subscription.

Yes. The Voice Snap Guestbook is a digital service that can be booked online from anywhere: setup, QR code and print templates arrive by email, and guests use it in the browser of their own phone. No device and no travel are needed. Prices are available in euros and US dollars. DJ Toady is based in Beelitz, Germany, and the data sits on a server in Germany.
